Having your house prepped & ready for photos is KEY to this!! 

 

To help us present your home in the best light, please take careful consideration of our getting ready guide and complete these items before we show up.​

 

Important: Do NOT schedule any other vendors on the same day as media. (cleaners, stagers, lawn service, etc. please have these done the day before!)​​

 

Tip: Store clutter & personal items in closets & storage rooms (we don’t typically shoot those). You can also move things into the garage if needed.
