More than just a basic "video tour," our videos are a visual experience that connects with the viewer. Our videos are premium quality, with drone footage & detail shots included. The luxury kit includes two videos. Most clients do a horizontal listing video for the MLS & YouTube, and a vertical Reel for Instagram. The go-to launch kit includes just one video; choose between horizontal or vertical.

We partner with our clients to create content that is true to your brand & style. Our Premium Reels are crafted with attention to detail and a personalized touch. Every agent is different & every house is different. Whether you want to get on-camera or not... whether your style is funny, energetic, sentimental, or elegant...we will tailor your Reel to match. We create a wide range of content, so please share your preferences for music, captions, and the overall vibe. By default the style will be faster paced with trendy music, made for stopping the scroll on social media.

Videos with AI Elements
AI Video Elements is an optional add-on for Premium Videos & Premium Reels. Below are some examples to help you visualize the possibilities! We can use AI to add a rendering to bare land, add staging to a vacant house, add lifestyle models, change the season, add landscaping, do a day to night transition, show the home decked out for the holidays, or bring in a little creativity & imagination (the options are honestly endless). This add-on will include about 5 AI elements, to stop the scroll, tell a story & help buyers envision the potential!

iPhone Walkthrough Reels
Our iPhone Walkthrough Reels are a popular option for video content on a budget. They take viewers on a fast-paced tour, showing the flow of the house quickly. While less customizable than our listing videos or premium Reels, these are a great option for houses where your marketing budget is smaller. They can also be ordered as additional content, on top of your listing video. You can post these as-is, or add text on top of them for a visual hook. Drone can be included if you ordered drone photos. You can be in the Reel waving viewers through for free, or add agent on-camera if you want to do a mic'd up intro!
