How fast will I get my media back?

We do next day turnaround for photos and 3D tours, and 2-3 day turnaround for video. If you need your content sooner, we have a rush delivery option for $50.

 

What areas do you serve?

We offer online booking for up to 35 miles from downtown Spokane or downtown Coeur d'Alene. For further out shoots, we're happy to travel but you will need to reach out to book the shoot. We have order minimums for shoots outside of our normal service area, but no travel fees!

 

What if the weather is bad on shoot day?

In most cases, we can shoot regardless of the weather and still deliver beautiful, blue-sky images. If conditions are extreme, we’ll gladly help reschedule or return for just the exterior shots.

 

Do I have to be on camera for video?

​

Not at all. While we do encourage agent on-camera for your brand, it's your choice and we can absolutely create a compelling video without you being on screen.

 

Can I customize my bundle?

Sure! We've built our standard bundles with the top services we recommend for various types of houses. However if there is something you don't want or need, we would be happy to swap it out for another service of similar value that you would prefer! Just let us know in the order notes or send us a text or email.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand! You can reschedule or cancel yourself through the link in your appointment confirmation email (or log into the client portal). If it's within 24 hours, reach out to us to reschedule. We do not charge any reschedule fees.
